i really wanted to have cyworld ID.
How can i get it,Who can help me....???
cause i'm not Korean.

i'm not korean technically too... since i'm an american citizen... anyway, u need to get a scanned picture of your passport, driver license, etc. anything that will prove that it's you, and that u're not korean.
you have to go to www.cyworld.com and sign up
the problem is that the thing is only in korean (duh), chinese and japanese (the two languages can be available once you press the appropriate flags icons at the bottom of www.cyworld.com)
